On 26th April, we're getting together for another Mother Hub Mingle, and this month we're tackling the mind-boggling world of NUTRITION! With so many conflicting headlines and faddy diets promising unbelievable results, it's hard to keep up with what we should or shouldn't be eating. This, coupled with the fact that many of us are busy working parents, makes it all too easy to neglect our own long-term nutritional needs in favour of focusing on 'quick fixes'. Never fear though, ladies, we have it covered! Our expert panel will help us debunk those nutritional myths and uncover the cold, hard FACTS. No nonsense here; just the stuff you really need to know! Along with tips on how the heck to put the theory it into practice. And, aside from the wealth of nutritional knowledge to be gained, it'll also be a chance to get together with a lovely bunch of like-minded ladies. We can't wait!
What to expect?
We'll kick off the evening with a complementary glass of fizz and a chance to meet and mingle with the other lovely ladies attending the event. There will also be a short panel discussion followed by an open Q&A, when you'll get the opportunity to ask the experts your burning questions on a wide range of nutritional topics, including:
- Latest food fads
- Weight loss
- Anti-ageing foods
- 'Super' foods
- Hidden sugars
- Allergies and intolerances
- Food labelling
- Healthy eating for kids
- Good fats vs. bad fats
